Africa's most popular Biltong Seasoning, savoured in many countries outside Africa, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia and even China. With its beefy, coriander and pepper notes, this seasoning produces a mild old fashioned biltong blend exactly the way you like it.
Use 40-50g of spice per kg of meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie for 2 to 4 hours on a tray turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.
